The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms; however, the stale nicotine smell was a downside. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly, especially towards pets. The location is fantastic for exploring Salzburg, with easy access to the old town and stunning gardens. The dining experience was adequate, but not worth the separate cost. The hotel facilities are well-maintained but could use an upgrade in terms of dining speed.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were quite small and uncomfortably hot despite efforts to cool them down, their courtyard view was a nice touch. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff making my experience a pleasant one. The location was exceptional, allowing easy access to the old city and offering stunning views of Salzburg's landmarks. As for the dining experience, it was average at best due to high prices for mediocre food.

I had a truly mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a great view of Mirabellplatz and were spacious, but unfortunately, they were quite unclean with lingering dust and food wrappers under the window.
